Key Responsibilities
check
Create step-by-step user guides, FAQs, and documentation for Hisab's features and workflows.
check
Translate technical product inputs (from sales team, product team, or user guide team) into simple and easy-to-understand content.
check
Maintain consistency in writing style, terminology, and structure across all documentation.
check
Continuously update and improve existing guides as new features are released or workflows change.
check
Collaborate with product managers, sales, and support teams to ensure guides address real user challenges and questions.
check
Ensure all content is aligned with Hisab's brand voice and terminology standards (English, Hindi, Gujarati consistency if required).
Requirements
check
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
check
1–3 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or SaaS content writing.
check
Strong written communication skills with excellent command of English (knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati is a plus).
check
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.
check
Experience in creating SaaS/product documentation or user guides.
check
Good understanding of content structuring: headings, bullet points, step-by-step instructions, formatting.
check
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Docs, Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation platforms.
check
Familiarity with invoicing, accounting, or business management software (preferred but not mandatory).
